WHAT'S INSIDE*

Ninkasi ABV 9% 750ml from Wild Beer Co: Ninkasi is the acient Sumerian goddess of beer and it as an apt name for this truly divine Belgian-style saison. It is made using New Zealand hops, freshly harvested Somerset apple juice and wild yeast. A lovely beer for a celebration.

Original Sourdough Crispbread 105g from Peter's Yard: Inspired by Sweden, the home of crispbread, these crispbreads are made with natural and organic ingredients. Goes perfectly alongside salmon, pate and cheese.

Waxed Organic Vintage Cheddar 200g from Godminster: The cows at Godminster Farm enjoy a simple and wholesome life and as a result produce a deliciously creamy milk. The freshness of the milk and the sustainable approach to farming is a major contributor to the delicious and distinctive taste of their award-winning Godminster cheese.

Oak Smoked Organic Vintage Cheddar 200g from Godminster: A wonderful smoked cheese from Godminster, they have hand-wrapped it in a muslin cloth and it has won many awards previously; probably because their cheese is made from the cows in Somerset on Godminster Farm. The cheese is creamy, smokey and perfect with crackers

Black Charcoal Mature Cheddar Cheese 200g from Fine Cheese Co: The first all-black charcoal-cheddar cheese. Deliciously creamy, mature cheddar blended with charcoal.

Pink Onion Relish 210g from Rubies in the Rubble: Onion and on and on EVERYTHING! Slowly caramelised pink onion relish with a touch of heat. An absolute all rounder. Try it with a goats cheese salad, baked Camembert, or in a burger! The secret: delicious pink onions caramelised for hours in balsamic vinegar, soft brown sugar, combined with a warm chilli after-kick.

Our Luxury Beer & Cheese Box is shipped in one of our signature eco friendly FodaBox branded kraft boxes.

Please note this item contains fresh produce with ice packs, therefore needs to be opened upon receipt or kept chilled. We ONLY ship for Monday delivery on a same day service, otherwise standard delivery is Tuesday to Friday (or Saturday on a selected service).
